Scope

These T&Cs apply to the use of the Kampajobs.ch platform by job seekers and employers. By registering, you accept these provisions.

Services of Kampajobs GmbH

Kampajobs operates an online job platform for non-profit organisations and NGOs in Switzerland. Job seekers can create free profiles, search for positions, save them, apply and subscribe to job alerts. Employers publish paid listings, which are invoiced individually per posting.

Account & obligations

You agree to provide truthful information when registering and to keep your password secret. Multiple accounts by the same person are not permitted. Violations may lead to immediate account deletion.

Listings & content

Employers undertake:

• To publish only legal, non-discriminatory and accurate job advertisements
• Not to use misleading, aggressive or discriminatory content
• To use applicant personal data only for the purpose of the relevant application

Payment & invoicing

Each listing is invoiced individually. The payment term is 30 days from invoice date. In the event of default, the listing is deactivated after one reminder.

Liability & warranty

Kampajobs is not liable for the accuracy of listings or the suitability of applicants. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings without stating reasons.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Already paid listings will not be refunded. We reserve the right to immediately block accounts in the event of violations of these T&Cs.

Applicable law & jurisdiction

Exclusively Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
